It's the little things that make something special I think. Here is a selection of decorations I've made, and some of the bits and pieces I use to make them. Notice the bunnies, ducks and fishes abound (sigh).
However, I'm also very fond of my pompom creation, which was a bunch of leftover pompoms strung together.
My fixation with anything circular is fairly wide-spread. I know from scientific research that it's not just me.
Somehow a circle is more forgiving than, say, a square. If you did a 'skewiff' square, it would look pretty bad, but somehow
'skewiff' circles are ok. So, I do like the shape of the circle, but hate trying to write or embroider around one.
Beading is ok and little cabs are very sweet embellishments for all sorts of things. Note the sweets (candy) in the snaps.
It's ony there to help you see the size of the piece. (Ok, I like eating them too.... )
